KAZAN
Kazan is a historic city, situated on the left bank of
the Volga River. Being the Capital of the Republic of Tatarstan it is
one of the most important cultural and economic centers of the Volga region.
Kazan, which celebrated its Millennium in 2005, represents a wonderful
combination of East and West in its unique architecture, mosques and churches.
The Kazan Kremlin is now on the list of World Heritage sites of UNESCO
Kazan is famous for its Universities (Kazan State University, Kazan State
Technology University, Kazan State Pedagogical University, Kazan State
Medical University, etc.), its museums (State Museum, the Gorky Museum,
the Museum of Fine Arts, etc.), theatres (Opera and Ballet Theater, Tatar
Drama Theater, Tatar Youth Theater, etc.) and concert halls.
Each year Kazan hosts many international exhibitions; symposiums and conferences
take place in Kazan. The capital of the Republic of Tatarstan is open
for guests and is ready to give them warm welcome.

Visas:
All foreign participants will need visa to enter Russia. Participants
should address to Russian Embassies and Consulates in their countries
for visa formalities.

working in the sphere of women’s movement, language and regional studies.

Sessions.New social technologies in educational, informational, cultural,
youth and children programs. Methods and aims of management of youth,
cultural and intellectual projects. The problems of training and retraining
for mass-media.
